PEM001B/PEM001BW  (Additive master batch for blow molding plastic packing)

Summary:

PEM series is a kind of additive master batch for blow molding. With special PE carrier resin and new multi-functional micro particle filler, it is manufactured by special processing techniques. It contains no small-molecule dispersant. In blow molding application, PEM series masterbatch could: increase extrusion productivity, increase outputlower production cost and improve printability, Equivalent or better physical properties such as :bottle top load strength dimensional stability particularly stress crack.

Application                                                                      

PEM001B/PEM001BW is used as container for food, oil, medicine, yogurt, with 1-50 litter capacity. PEM001BW is dedicated for white or light color bottle.

The PEM series is loaded between 10%-40%, ideal loading level is subject to test.
