PGTS001  ( Additive masterbatch for blown transprent film)

Summary: 

PGTS001 master batch apply to blow transparent film. With LLDPE carrier resin and new multi-functional micro particle filler, it is manufactured by special processing techniques. It contains no small-molecule dispersant. Adding this master batch in LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE film blowing process, have small impact on transparence, It can effectively enhance extruders productivity and physical and mechanical properties of the blown film itself.  Applies to less than one millimeter thickness containers also have small impact on transparence.  Application                                                                     

PGTS001 apply to the carrier consisting mainly of HDPE transparent packaging films, such as the bags of fruits and vegetables, fresh bags, transparent garbage bags and other packaging requirements of a transparent membrane.  I t can also apply to less than one millimeter thickness of the nature containers.

Addition rate suggestion                                                                 

The addition rate for PGTS001 and PGTS002 is 5%~30%, If that is multi-extrusion, is proposed to add in core layer.

The addition rate for PGTS003 is 3%~10%, If that is multi-extrusion, is proposed to add in core layer.

Optimal addition rate has to be verified by trials.

Packaging                                                                 

Waterproof bag, 25Kg/bag.

 Storage                                                                         

Product is sensitive to moisture. Could store well within original package. Should be consumed after opening. If damped, use heater to dry it with 90 within 30minutes.
