YFN105 (Anti-blocking Materbatch)
YFN105 is a kind of anti-blocking agent master batch for BOPP film. Also can prevent film from bonding in the process of storage. It can adjust the surface slippage and improve the anti-static performance of the film. That is easy for unpacking the roll and cut smooth.
Physical properties竊�/span>
YFN105 contains 5% SiO2, (particle size or diameter 4.5 microns) and the carrier is BOPP film-grade homopolymer polypropylene.

Applications:
The SiO2 in YFN105 is efficient anti-bonding capacity of packing films. As the SiO2 is complexion balling, its rigidity is 3(the nature is 7). It can reduce the scraping of film surface and guarantee the optical property and appearance quality. That will bring high effective Anti-blocking capacity. It is suitable for the production of printing film, tape film and other types of BOPP films.
Addition rate suggestion:
The addition rate is 2%~5%. As the effect of production techniques, the grade of PP, the thickness of films and production facilities’ requirement, the ideal addition rate should be determined by experimentation. In usually, In order to achieve a perfect combination between anti-bonding and optical property, the addition rate of the anti-blocking should be determined in accordance with different applications.
Compatibility:
YFN105 has good compatibility with PP.
Packing:
Waterproof bag, 25Kg/bag.
Storage:
This product is sensitive to moisture and it is no problem to store it in the original package, but once the original package be opened, you should use this product immediately. The storage period is about twelve months under the maximum room temperature of 25�� A higher storage temperature may affect the application quality of the masterbatch.
