RP261B (Pearlized Masterbatch)

RP261B is a kind of complex masterbatch which contain high efficient CaCO₃ and high grade rutile Titanium power. Also with 2% antistatic agent and 1% slip agent. It is used in the production of BOPP pearly luster membrane. It can increase the white colour and opacity. In addition, the pearly luster is remarkable.

Applications: 

RP261B can disperse well in PP films. It can reduce the density of film when use it in the production of PP pearly luster films. And it has good pearly luster effect.

Addition rate suggestion: 

The addition rate is at 12%--20%. It is not necessary to add another white masterbatch and antistatic agent in process of production. Because the addition rate will affect the density of films directly. So that the ideal addition rate should be test by experimentation at first

Compatibility: 

RP261B has good compatibility with PP.

Storage: 

This product is sensitive to moisture and it is no problem to store it in the original package, but once the original package be opened, you should use this product immediately. The storage period is about twelve months under the maximum room temperature of 25��/span>. A higher storage temperature may affect the application quality of the masterbatch.
