YSH702 (Slip Masterbatch)

YSH702 is slip master batch for packing films. The main active Component is high-purity slip agent. When used with other additives, it can effectively adjust the surface slippage and improve the anti-static performance of the film. It is easy for unpacking the roll and cut smooth.

Physical properties竊�/span>

YSH702 contains 6% slip agent and the carrier is BOPP film—grade homopolymer polypropylene.

Applications: 

YSH702 is used in the core layer of flat films and the surface layer of PP homopolymer. It is suitable for high—speed film forming.

Addition rate suggestion: 

According to the required effect, the addition rate is at 1%--5%. Which will enable BOPP film to acquire a good opening property and slippage. In usually, the films is no printing, heat—seal and bonding problems. But we suggest that you should do experimentation at first.

Compatibility

YSH702 has good compatibility with PP.

Storage: 

This product is sensitive to moisture and it is no problem to store it in the original package, but once the original package be opened, you should use this product immediately. The storage period is about twelve months under the maximum room temperature of 25��/span>. A higher storage temperature may affect the application quality of the masterbatch.
