YKD401 (Antistatic Masterbatch)

YKD401 contains rapid floating high efficiency antistatic. It can float to the surface of film rapid,so that it is suit for the film product which takes on relatively short period of charge decay time or low surface resistivity. Because of the high purity antistatic, they have good processing adaptability in BOPP high—speed lines and will not bring the film pollution caused by volatile or oil drops or breaking of the film in TDO.

Physical properties：

YKD401 contains 13% composite antistatic agent and the carrier resin is BOPP film—grade homopolymer polypropylene

Applications: 

YKD401 is used for printing film, bags film and so on; it can bring good antistatic effect to the film. As they contain different floating speed antistatic component, the film with YKD401 can have a very good antistatic and slippage property in a relatively short period of time and keep for long.

Addition rate suggestion: 

The addition rate of YKD401 is decided by the applications and the thickness of film. The printing and bag films should add 2%~4% in the core layer; the ideal additive amount must be determined by the experiment and affected by many factors.

Compatibility: 

YKD401 has good compatibility with PP.

Packing: 

Waterproof bag, 25Kg/bag.

Storage: 

This product is sensitive to moisture and it is no problem to store it in the original package, but once the original package be opened, you should use this product immediately. The storage period is about twelve months under the maximum room temperature of 25℃. A higher storage temperature may affect the application quality of the masterbatch.
