YXG843 (Matte Compound)

YXG843 is a special compound for producing the matte film. It has the matte effect because of there is rough layer in the film surface in the produce process of BOPP film.

Applications: 

It is used in the production of matte film. We suggest using the relatively low extrusion temperature and longitudinal stretching rate. Increase the temperature of the chill roller can also reduce the gloss.

Addition rate suggestion: 

Add it in matte layer by 100%. The matte layer is 2-3 microns thick in normally. In order to achieve the ideal matte surface, the thickness of the matte layer should be 2 microns for the film’s thickness between 12--15 microns. For a film more than 15 microns thick, the minimum thickness of the matte skin layer should be 3 microns. on the whole竊�/span>if the thickness of the extinction get up to 2-5 micron, the film fog will be about 80 percent.

YXG843 has good compatibility with PP.

Storage: 

This product is sensitive to moisture and it is no problem to store it in the original package, but once the original package be opened, you should use this product immediately. The storage period is about twelve months under the maximum room temperature of 25��/span>. A higher storage temperature may affect the application quality of the masterbatch.
