Y20003MDPP (Stiffness Masterbatch)

Y20003MDPP is made with BOPP film-grade homopolymer PP as the carrier, it is stiffness masterbatch used in BOPP cigarette film production as well as in the production of BOPP shrink film and twist film.

Applications: 

Y20003MDPP has good compatibility with polyolefin, can remarkably improve the barrier property, stiffness, heat-seal property, heat shrinkage, processing performance, transparency, economic benefit and so on. The shrinkage of the BOPP film can be controlled by different amounts to be used and the production technology .It can also be used in normal BOPP film to improve the Youngs Modulus and heat shrinkage performance.

Addition rate suggestion: 

According to the different applications, the addition rate is at 5%~30% in the core layer in BOPP cigarette film.

Compatibility: 

Y20003MDPP has good compatibility with PP.

Packing: 

Waterproof bag, 25Kg/bag.

Storage: 

This product is sensitive to moisture and it is no problem to store it in the original package, but once the original package be opened, you should use this product immediately. The storage period is about twelve months under the maximum room temperature of 25��/span>. A higher storage temperature may affect the application quality of the masterbatch.
